Leigh Walters-Baumgardner is a full-time Sales Associate with Liz Moore and Associate which is the largest independently owned in the greater Williamsburg area. She is a member of the Williamsburg Area Board of Realtors.
Leigh started her Real Estate sales career in 1996 with Irongate Realtors in Dayton, Ohio. Leigh is a recipient of the NAR and OAR President’s Sales Club “Award of Achievement” 2002-2009. She also was awarded Dayton Area Broad of Realtors Sales Leaders club 1998-2009 and the Irongate Sales awards multi-million dollar sales annually. In 2006 she successfully completed the Irongate Signature Skills training and was award the Signature Real Estate Services Accreditation. Leigh was recognized as one of Irongate Top 30 Agents since 2002 which placed her in the top 8% of Irongate’s professional sales staff.
In November of 2009 she and her husband were relocated to Williamsburg with Jeffrey's job with the Crowne Plaza.
Leigh relicensed in the state of Virginia June 2010. Currently employed with Liz Moore and Associates, she was rewarded top 10 at her company in the first quarter of 2011.
